like one of the people told me that join request are closed and i have no idea how to fix it :(

Hmm... Okay, go to 'Admin Area' then go to 'Manage Members' then select 'Members' on the left hand side of the page. then on the right side of the page you will probably have to set join requests to 'Automatically Approved'
